I used the drive-thru and waited a few minutes, but it was well worth it. The chicken arrived hot and fresh, tasting as if it had just been prepared, and it was absolutely delicious.
This location is extremely disappointing. The staff during the evening shift is particularly unhelpful. They rarely have a full menu available, so I've started asking what items are out of stock as soon as I arrive. The food tastes stale, as if it has been sitting around for hours. I would recommend visiting the one on Orange Ave instead—anywhere but here. Good luck!
The portion sizes are rather small, and they now charge for each sauce you ask for. If you like this type of place, it could be worth a visit, but personally, I find the prices somewhat off-putting.
I had an excellent meal, and the drive-thru cashier was very friendly. However, I was confused when I asked for ranch and honey mustard for my 12-piece meal but only received one of each. I also requested butter for my biscuits but only got two packs for six biscuits. Additionally, I asked for napkins and plastic cutlery since we were taking the food to the hotel, but those were not included either. Because of that, we couldn't eat the sides, and they ended up going to waste. It's a shame, as I would have just ordered the chicken if I had known I wouldn't be able to enjoy the sides.
I stood at the counter watching two cooks move at a painfully slow pace. There was no one at the register to assist me, and I couldn't see any managers around. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered—who I assume was a manager—said someone would come to help me eventually, but she didn’t seem to be taking any action to actually address the situation. I've never felt so overlooked in a restaurant before. I ended up leaving and have no plans to return.
