They rarely have a full menu available, so I've started asking what items are out of stock as soon as I arrive. The food tastes stale, as if it has been sitting around for hours. I would recommend visiting the one on Orange Ave instead—anywhere but here. Good luck!

However, I was confused when I asked for ranch and honey mustard for my 12-piece meal but only received one of each. I also requested butter for my biscuits but only got two packs for six biscuits. Additionally, I asked for napkins and plastic cutlery since we were taking the food to the hotel, but those were not included either. Because of that, we couldn't eat the sides, and they ended up going to waste. It's a shame, as I would have just ordered the chicken if I had known I wouldn't be able to enjoy the sides.

There was no one at the register to assist me, and I couldn't see any managers around. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered—who I assume was a manager—said someone would come to help me eventually, but she didn’t seem to be taking any action to actually address the situation. I've never felt so overlooked in a restaurant before. I ended up leaving and have no plans to return.
