Definitely not a good experience. Usually, the food is great, but today when my boyfriend and I placed our order, the store was out of turkey and ham. We tried to be understanding but asked to cancel our order since it wasn’t what we wanted. They told us they didn’t know how to cancel orders and that the manager would be away for a few hours. They also said one of the sandwiches had already been made, even though we ordered two, and they couldn’t do anything until the manager arrived. Very disappointing.
I placed an online pickup order, but my sandwich was disappointing. The steak was cold, and despite asking for less ranch dressing, they added much more than usual. On top of that, the sandwich was overly salty with every bite.
This Subway location is by far the worst I’ve visited. The service was terrible, and the food was disappointing. This experience should be embarrassing.
The staff were friendly, but if I hadn't remembered that I ordered the new Philly sandwich, I would have thought I received a veggie sandwich instead. There was only a small, pre-packaged portion of sliced meat covering just three out of the six inches of the sandwich. It definitely wasn't enough to fill the whole length, which is not how it was described. While I did get a lot of green peppers and onions, I was really let down, especially given the price I paid for it.
