Subway - VINTON

I ordered online for pickup, and I was disappointed with my sandwich. The steak was cold, and despite asking for less ranch dressing, they added a lot more than usual. Additionally, the sandwich was overly salty with each bite.

This subway location is the worst I've ever visited. The service was terrible, and the food was unpleasant. You should be embarrassed by this experience.

The staff was friendly, but if I hadn't remembered I ordered the new Philly sandwich, I would have thought I received a veggie sandwich instead. There was a very small, pre-packaged portion of sliced meat on only three out of the six inches of the sandwich. It was definitely not enough to cover the entire length, which is certainly not how it was advertised. I did get a lot of green peppers and onions, but I was really disappointed, especially considering the price I paid for it.

Definitely not a good experience. Usually stuff is amazing but today as my boyfriend and I ordered, the store was out of turkey and ham, we tried being understanding but asked to please cancel our order as that is not what we wanted and was told theydidn't know how to cancel orders and had said the manager would be out for a few hours and had told us they had already made oneof the sandwiches when we had two and couldn't do anything until the manager arrived. Very disappointed.
