Fantastic A&W restaurant. It's tucked into the corner of their gas station, with probably only about 225 square feet in the seating area, but the gas station is nicely decorated with mostly wood panelled walls, and so looks much nicer than the simplewhite plaster and tile that 80% of gas stations normally use. The staff has always been nice and fast, and their food isfantastic! A great place to go!

As for the food, it was fairly average. An A&W float is hard to mess up, so that was undoubtedly a highlight. However, they served it in a to-go cup and packaged the food in to-go bags, even though I had ordered for dine-in. The floats are much better when served in glasses, so I really recommend that. My meal, the Double Mushroom Melt, was okay. It definitely had a lot of canned mushrooms but lacked sufficient meat. I’m not sure why I was surprised by the canned mushrooms, but their overwhelming presence was a bit off-putting. The other flavors were decent, and the kids' meal included a lollipop, which was a nice touch. Overall, if it weren't for the nostalgia, I probably wouldn’t return unless it was a hot day and I was nearby, solely for a float.

I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. They do have a drive-thru, but the wait time is similar to Culver's, and the prices are about the same as well. However, the food is exceptional and stands out compared to anything else I've tried. The cheese curds are the best I've ever had, and the chicken tenders are even better than Popeyes. The chili cheese fries are absolutely amazing. I also remember trying the Sriracha-flavored cheese curds, and they were incredible. The ice cream is comparable to Dairy Queen in taste, but has a better texture. I definitely suggest giving this place a try at least once.

I used the drive-thru, and while I understand that delays can happen, this one felt excessive, especially with only one car in front of us and one behind. We ordered two meals, but the food was hastily assembled (the burger was quite a mess), and we didn't receive the ranch dressing for the chicken we ordered. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, but the food did taste good.

The food was average. You can't really go wrong with an A&W float, so that was a plus. However, they served it in a to-go cup despite my order being for dining in, which was disappointing. The floats really should be enjoyed in a glass; they're much better that way. As for the food, it was just okay. I ordered the Double Mushroom Melt, and while it was packed with canned mushrooms, it had very little meat. I’m not sure why the canned mushrooms surprised me, but if there were fewer of them, it might have tasted better. The overall flavors were decent, and the kids' meal came with a lollipop, which was a nice touch. Overall, if it weren't for the nostalgia factor, I probably wouldn't return, except maybe on a hot day for a float—if I'm in the area anyway.
