Great food and great employees.
The peculiarity of this place is how the bread is cooked: steamed... still divine!! Today there were new sandwiches like panZola and Pansalamella. Always fresh and optimal ingredients, excellent pairing suggestions with different types of bread. Prices are high compared to surrounding places but the taste changes radically. Only the pinsa, when it starts to cool, becomes ciccoli. Plenty of seats, normal wait.
