Orders are frequently wrong, but as of my most recent visit being today, I ordered 2 meals in the drive-through. The employee only prepared one of the meals I requested and didn't include the drink, napkins, or a spoon for my Mac and cheese. Still got charged the full price of the meal though. Quick and easy for when u are needing something quick and easy. Also has the best inexpensive menu over other fast food places around.
Food order was wrong after being asked to pull ahead and waited 20
Took a coupon from the sunday paper and the Herkimer store did not honor it. Reread the ad and it said participation may very. Which puts them in the right. But, KFC,please ,list nonparticipating stores so you can save me the drive. This really irked me.
Tables were a little dirty but other than that food was good
