Haven't had it in so long! I forgot why I enjoy it so much. Will definitely be going back in the future. Only reason fke the 4 stars is there wasn't a salad bar at the time. View all feedback.
What Atlantis P doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
We were the only table customers in the restaurant. The waiter took our drink order never came back. I had to go up to the counter to get anyone to notice us again take our order.I do have to clarify: they were not sitting around doing nothing. They were working hard on ToGo orders.There was a pile of boxes in the restaurant area. Not sure what they were or why they were there. View all feedback.
Food was good. Service was ok. Good to go when having a small family outing.
They get my order correct, bring it out to me when I check in and always a smile
Pizza seemed cold and made way too far ahead in advance for a preorder
Stay away! Grew up loving this pizza hut. Absolutely loved it. For most of my childhood and teenaged years, there was a manager named Dan who ran this restaurant. Let me be honest with you, since Dan has left, this place has gone WAY in the opposite direction. I come back to Middleburg every year I live out of state now) since moving away 4 years ago but these last 2 years without Dan have been extremely upsetting to see. The new manager there female name starts with M as of April 2022) just does not instill the same wholehearted atmosphere that Dan and his staff used to. Man, such good memories back then..he really did a good job making you feel welcome in a clean friendly family environment. That is not the case anymore. My whole family who are still locals up there agree with me. I understand this is a rural area and not many options but guys...just go somewhere else. Dan, WHERE ARE YOU!!! They need you back!
