Apple Barrel Cafe - Schoharie

**Food:** 5/5 - Incredible! **Service:** 4/5 - I deducted 1 star because the food took a bit longer to arrive, but the staff were very friendly. **Design:** 5/5 - The place is beautifully decorated with lots of flowers and signage. **Location:** 4/5 - It’s a bit out of the way from towns and cities, but not too far from Albany. **Total:** 18/20 (90%) **Recommendation:** This is a great spot to stop for a meal during a road trip or if you live nearby.

We had a wonderful experience at this charming little cafe and shop! We were there to meet our granddaughter, who attends a nearby college. Our visit was fantastic, and the lunch was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic, although I regretfully forgot her name! Everything about the Apple Barrel was great, making it a true gem. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through! Thank you for such a delightful experience!

I didn’t dine at the café, but the store was fantastic! It offered a wide variety of local items, charming home decor, and an impressive selection for the holidays. It’s a wonderful spot for finding gifts or unique knick-knacks, especially those that reflect the Schoharie region.

The food is fresh and delicious with a menu that has something for everyone. Not just the run of the mill burgers and wraps-they have a nice twist on everything. the ingredients are high quality and the service is courteous and friendly. A little gem of a cafe'.

One of my favorite places to have lunch, dinner or dessert and coffee. We also love to spend part of the holidays there. Josh is great and works hard to give customers an awesome experience.
