Novo Rumo - Vilar

Nothing more than a beach-side snack shop (but it thinks it's a restaurant). The menu is large with all kinds of salads and sandwiches and meat, fish, pasta, and chicken entrees. It's clean enough, but the service is rather scattered. I had a bowl of decent enough vegetable soup with a nice crusty roll. I would have liked them to be brought out at the same time..... but the soup was brought as an appetizer and the roll as an entree. Odd! But good enough to give me some energy to continue along on my walk.
