El Rullo was recommended by the host at my hotel in Vilafame. He recommended the soup and bull cheek for the main dish. I ordered both plus red wine. The soup was tasty but not hot. 3 small pieces of meat, the rest was potatoes and Garbanzo beans . Bull Cheek was good and it was tasty. The waiter brought a bottle of their house red, which I thought was strange. Why would one person need an entire bottle of wine instead of just a glass? After the meal, I ordered an Americano. The bill came to 24 Euro! No salad, no bread, no dessert. 7 Euro for the soup, 6 euro for the bottle of not very special wine, 10 euro for the main dish. I felt very ripped off. I can 't imagine a Spaniard would be charged 7 Euro for soup! The bottle of wine (which came with no cork so it probably came from a large container) was way overpriced. So, a warning. Don 't come if you are a tourist. There 's no menu so you are at the mercy of the restaurant on prices.
