It tas... read more Daughter had what she described as scrapings off the bottom of the sea, and it looked like that too. Dirty dark green and brown lumps of beans and squid. It tastes liked something you would scrap off the sea bed too. My starter was better but nothing special, aubergine filled with meat topped with Mozzarella. Daughter 's main was passable, a pork escalope with mushroom sauce whereas I went for the veal stew thinking that would mean that the meat would be tender, far from it! At least 6 pieces of 'meat ' where chunky bits of fat and gristle, no meat in sight. The rest was tough and chewy and a challenge to cut into. It was served with potatoes and peas which had little flavour. The whole presentation of the meal was nothing like the photos that I see on this site. Dessert was nothing special, a glutinous custard and Nutella pot-no idea what it was meant to be and I had an OK mango mousse thing which was very sickly and I couldn 't finish it. All in all, it was a very disappointing meal and one which I wished I 'd missed.

I guess we were lucky because a lot o... read more Nice, intimate place also has a terrace. Just stepped in without reservation. Waited for 10 15 minutes and we got a table. I guess we were lucky because a lot of locals had lunch there. Friendly staff and willing to help. The chicken salad was more than great and big. The lamb well cooked and tasty. The plates were big at least according to our standards. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
