The terrace allows the customer stare into the space compounded by the marriage between the turquoise water and the dark green pine trees mountains. The meal was formed by three receipts inside a 18€ menu. A light starter like salade or fruit juice or gaspatxo , first main dish like pasta or veggie roasts and a second main dish like meat or fish, ending with a homemade desert. In my opinion very well equilibrium between quality and quantity. Customer feels always gaining an advantageous deal. The mató mouse is delicious!

Pep, the owner of the restaurant was our paragliding pilot with Fly With Xirli (add it to your bucket list) After a long day, we asked him about good local rest... read more Pep, the owner of the restaurant was our paragliding pilot with Fly With Xirli (add it to your bucket list) After a long day, we asked him about good local restaurants in Berga so he suggested Cal Candi among many others and gave us the freedom to choose with no pressure at all. We finally decided to try his restaurant so we followed him to the location. I can 't describe how beautiful this place is. A traditional house set in the middle of nowhere, with a beautiful scenery and a view on the lake. Pep translated the whole menu to us. He took care of our orders. He introduced us to his father Candi the owner of this beautiful restaurant and invited us to taste their own wine. Apart from how kind, caring and friendly Pep is, the food was DELICIOUS, local and all natural as Candi said. The goat salad is my personal favorite, it 's the best salad I 've ever tasted; as for my boyfriend he is still talking about how good was the crème brule. Finally, the price was NOTHING compared to the quality of the food, the service, the cleanness, the friendliness, the décor, the beautiful location.. So please Pep, next time you have visitors in Berga. MAKE THEM COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT, don 't give them other options because it 's an experience not to be missed. We will always remember this day.
