Southern Fields - Vidalia

The food was excellent, as it always is. However, our server seemed to have a different place to be and better people to attend to. Throughout our visit, we didn't receive much attention from her; instead, it was another server who occasionally walked by to offer us refills. It's unfortunate that our designated server didn't appear to want to be there, especially since this restaurant has such a wonderful atmosphere that shouldn't be marred by a lackluster experience.

I don't have any photos to share, but I can say that the food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My wife and I always choose to sit outside, where there's a lovely pond that creates a serene setting for our conversations. The sweet potato fries are outstanding, and the prices are quite reasonable.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is delicious, and the servers are incredibly friendly.

Took my grandma here for lunch the name DOES NOT match the food, they sale a bunch of sandwiches, the fried green tomatoes are served with ranch which is so WRONG I’m appalled, Remoulade is best ranch is just OMG I cant! Tables were a little sticky, lemonade is HORRIFIC it’s definitely NOT homemade the tea is decent but I will not be back this restaurant needs a chef or really good home cook or change the name. The food Taste like the typical food from the frozen section ,,, from the drinks to the “homemade fries”
