I had a wonderful experience at the Chick-fil-A located in the Brice Shopping Center. The restaurant is very clean both inside and outside. The young employees were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional, especially J'Da who provided exceptional customer service. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. This restaurant was a good place for kids to play (they still have a play area - yay), the service was excellent and the food was tasty. I liked that the kids could play after eating, giving me a chance to relax. Overall, I would rate the kid-friendliness a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3. Recommended dishes include the Mac and Cheese and Grilled Chicken. Prices range from $1-10 per person. View all feedback.
Chick-fil-A must have one of the best employee training programs in the fast food industry. the staff are attentive, fast, friendly and seem really happy to eat there. that is refreshing, in this poor the fast food staff often see as if they are uncomfortable to go to the counter.
They are always clean and food comes out quickly! They give you a abundance of sauces and everything is always hot. Wonderful costumer service and even on packed days you never have to wait very long in the drive through.
Service was excellent. Food came out fast and hot. Third restaurant in that town that waited on us right when we got to the counter.

Good food but the drive thru was backed up waited in line for 25 min before i was able to get served
