only testify of managers go beyond and beyond to satisfy an unfortunate customer who really benefited from him. the customer came with almost completely eaten hamburger, maybe complain 1/3 left, it was not what he ordered. after the manager replaced the burger, he also asked for riders who had come with his meal. then asked another coke. the manager asks if he likes a cone and of course the customer said yes. the man...
