We ordered on the Zaxby's app and it will tell you one time but the employee informed us that it didn't matter if they were busy. It told us 12 minutes and we were told 30 minutes on arrival. Luckily the food was super fresh and hot. It was delicious and I can say that it more than made up for the lackluster service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

If you visit Zaxby's in Vidalia after 3pm, you can expect the fries and chicken to be consistently stale. While I am a fan of Zaxby's, the afternoon kitchen staff does not seem to take care in preparing fresh food. The average cost per person is $20 to $30. I rate the food a 2 and the service a 5. I recommend trying the Chicken Finger Plate.

On accident, 13 left his wireless earbuds behind at the restaurant. The staff found them and kept them at the counter. When we returned after an hour, they recognized us and returned the earbuds. Kudos to the staff! The atmosphere was rated as a 5.
