They can’t understand your order, never have donuts or Tim bits ready, they can’t count change back, and they speak to each other in languages other than English. I’m fed up with the service and the product quality…the amount of times I have to return my order and wait for it to be right is unacceptable.

What I got was 6 chocolate chip cookies with an icing smile face on them?? I would have like to know they were outv of the original. I would not have bought the 6!! I'm not a chocolate chip cookie lover..
