I had heard mixed reviews and we decided to try it for New Years Eve. We did have a larger party so of course I don't mind being patient however the service was not good. What Lorena Brito doesn't like about Phoenix Steakhouse:
we started with the calamari, which was tender and very good. my wife had good the tender, which was excellent. I had the darkened chicken, which was simply spicy enough and the warm kartoffel salad as well as the swallow were a nice supplement. the prices are somewhat high, but in these days to expect for fine eating. AMAZING experience here. Almost all of the items on their menu are marked gluten free with the exception of anything put in the shared deep fryer. When I asked for the gluten free pasta option the server asked if I was celiac, had a wheat allergy or it was just a preference which made me feel confident she knew what she was talking about (I have celiac). I had gluten free penne Alfredo pasta with blackened chicken and four pieces of gluten free garlic bread and it was so yummy and I did not get sick after!!
So many GF options! Great place to have a nice dinner and not worry about what you’re eating or if you’ll like it.
Nice resto....noise level was on the high side though.
Another great dinner, we loved the new fall menu choices!
The perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!
