We went for dinner and tried t... read more I recently visited The Kal for the first time in a couple of years and was pleasantly surprised, considering their past closures. We went for dinner and tried their underrated nachos and pizza. My girlfriend and I shared a small pizza and regular nachos after a day at the beach, which were satisfying and more than enough for two hungry people. The Kal's kitchen as a whole is underrated, with hand sanitizer and QR codes for the menu on each table. Our only suggestion would be to include prices for everything and non-alcoholic drinks on the menu. This bar is a popular spot for young adults in Vernon, offering activities like darts, UFC, and deer games. The only downside is when they have live bands, making it difficult to have conversations inside due to the small venue. Overall, The Kal is an excellent sports bar in Vernon with friendly staff, who even allowed us to move tables on the patio.

Overall, there is nothing negative to mention about this establishment.
