The experience was nearly perfect, despite a few minor issues. What truly stood out to us was how those problems were promptly addressed, demonstrating their commitment to customer service. Our server, Rob, was exceptional—he was quick and efficient with our drink orders. While my prime rib was initially overcooked, Rob sincerely apologized and swiftly arranged for a fresh cut. The new prime rib was fantastic, and surprisingly, even the tofu pasta my wife ordered was delicious, which is noteworthy since I’m not usually a fan of tofu. I've seen several negative reviews about this restaurant, but as someone with a lot of fine dining experience, I can confidently say they're mistaken. We will definitely return, and next time, we'll also stay at Sparkling Hill. It was truly a first-class experience!
