Mahoroba Japanese Restaurant is a small but quaint family operated restaurant located on the main street of Vernon, BC. Open year round closed on holidays, Sundays and Mondays. Great for lunch and dinner. Menu items are limited however quality and freshness exceeds the norm. Accommodates mid-sized groups or singles. Good family environment. Private room upon request. Who knew there was a little private room in the back - different and fun! Restaurant was full at lunch so we were offered the private room. Keep that in mind and good idea to make a reservation. Seaweed salad was delicious and the few rolls we had were okay .- nothing special here. Bento boxes looks awesome and will definatly try that next time.Staff was very friendly and I would definately try this again. View all feedback.
Mahoroba in Vernon definitely has the best sushi around, with prices that are more than reasonable. They always deliver great quality and service. Well done, Mahoroba!
Excellent food, reasonably priced, and exceptional service from one of the waitresses! I ordered the chicken bento box and it came out in a timely manner as well. Beware that free parking maybe hard to find. I had to park just outside the restaurant (pretty cheap though at $1/hr).
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is delicious and the service is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend it!
