Music WAY too loud. Suggest a playlist. Radio terrible, not relaxing or conducive to coffee BREAK!!!!!!

Cold coffee, stale baked goods, lacklustre service. They only survive because there is a hotel across the road. Better head a few metres down the road to Starbucks. Won't be back.

This location is fantastic. The food is very well made, local, the staff is always polite, it is clean and if the owner is there you will receive a hello and a smile

Absolutely used to love this place, but it’s gone downhill in the last few months, service and taste wise.My drinks now just taste very watery food is still great though!Biggest issue is the service recently I went through the drive thru and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes for my drink because the baristas in the back were chatting so much and caused a breakdown in communication which meant nobody was making my drink. This caused 3 other cars behind me to also have to wait. And today I again attempted to go through the drive thru and ended up waiting at the microphone for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order with no luck. Ended up having to go inside and received very unenthusiastic service.

Have not been here for quite some time, went with a friend today for a coffee mocha had a blueberry lemon muffin too. Was very disappointed. Coffee mocha was so so, the muffin was terrible, very heavy gummy tasteless. The only part we ate was the muffin top as it was the only part with any hint of lemon edible.Parking: Lots of parking
