The drinks have become quite... read more I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but I've noticed a significant decline in both service and flavor over the past few months. The drinks have become quite watery, although the food remains excellent. The most pressing issue I've faced has been the service. Recently, I went through the drive-thru and waited almost 15 minutes for my drink because the baristas were chatting, which caused a breakdown in communication and no one making my order. This delay also affected the three cars behind me. Today, I decided to give the drive-thru another chance, but I waited over 5 minutes at the microphone without anyone taking my order, so I ended up going inside. Unfortunately, the service inside was also disappointing.
