Another great fine in the world do you order at the counter they bring your food. We were very happy with our choices. I had the yogurt with the cherries and that was delicious. There’s a lot of it if you wanted to split that with a few people. My daughter had the eggs, bacon and potatoes. The bacon was well done, which was perfect in our opinion. Hospitality 101 teaches you that yelling at new customers who have just walked in the door is NOT good for business. Stopped in with a party of nine and didn’t realize we had to order before we could sit down. The “hostess” was quick to reprimand with little regard for the size of the party or the fact that we weren’t “locals” who knew the rules. We took our business elsewhere! View all feedback.
This delightful café offers breakfast and lunch options. My family enjoyed the BLT, tuna melt, and Caesar salad, all of which they found to be delicious. As a vegan, I opted for the curried tofu scramble with hash browns and toast. While the tofu scramble was flavorful, the hash browns were cold and tasted old. Unfortunately, the toast was served with butter, which I couldn't eat. It would have been nice if a vegan substitute for the butter had been offered, considering it was a vegan dish. Despite these small issues, the café offers a variety of vegetarian options and tasty dishes.
The restaurant offers tasty and innovative dishes using local ingredients. Limited parking is available in front of the restaurant, but there is also parking available on nearby streets.
Although the Reuben sandwich originated in New York, it was perfected at this fantastic cafe in Vermont!
This was a great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Small comfortable. You order at the counter they bring the order to your table. There are a few outdoor tables. I came for a coffee to go ordered a sandwich because everything looked so good. I had a fabulous BLT on toasted flavorful focaccia bread. Generous portion of bacon! Busy place friendly staff!
Lovely little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. My family ordered the blt, tuna melt, and Caesar salad which they all said was good. I had the tofu scramble being vegan (see below).
