From beginning to end it was an amazing evening. We were seated immediately, the waitresses were all polite, prompt, and poised. The food was absolutely delicious. My date and I found every dish delicious. I highly recommend the filet mignion, the best I have ever had. It was the perfect location for a new years eve dinner date.
The most creative menu in the north of Vermont. A new delicious dish every time we go. Very friendly professional staff. Then there are the unique cocktails you know where else, also delicious.
Smoked fish could use some work. All lease was beautifully presented and delicious.
Beautiful restaurant and nicely redone. The food is fresh and high-quality ingredients. Sadly, it lacked flavor and seasoning. The pasta dish was bland and the Bass was without seasoning or flavor. The Caesar Salad was bizarrely served with huge hunks of cabbage that needed sawed off the core to make it edible. This should have been chopped and served with a knife. The cheese board was the best part of the meal. Service was inattentive and didn’t check back (we sat with empty drink glasses for about 20 mins). Will try again, but needs refinement.
Amazing dinner again at Starry Night. Although the menu has gotten shorter since last time we were there, the updates to the bar area are lovely and the food once again was the star. The roasted oysters with chili butter and panko are not to be missed and the pichana steak is also delicious. My only improvement would be to add some unique deserts other than tiramisu and ice cream. The rest of the meal is more creative than that and the photos online suggest there could be more. Maybe is just because it is the low season in Vermont. Hopefully, next time there will be other offerings when we return which we certainly will. Oh, by the way the drinks and staff are awesome too!
