The W Hotel in Verbier is probably one of the most beautiful places in the city, with very beautiful decor and seating, so we expected something special at Bo! Yes, the seating area here was also beautiful, but service and atmosphere were rather “cold”. And while the food wasn't bad, food and wine were just too expensive. Atmosphere nice, good music, but not too loud, excellent service and staff. It is in the W Hotel, which is a beautiful and fun place in Verbier. If you want a good steak, go here.

Last night we decided to stay at our hotel and go to W Kitchen for dinner. Not hungry and sleepy, we ordered light. And it seems to be missed. Next time we didn't win. Everything was fresh, simple and prepared for a high standard. The taste of the ingredients radiates without need for overbearing and heavy sauces that we like to avoid. The discovery was positively the secret meat cut that turned out to be the tip of the fillet. I had never tried, and it was a joy; Combination of tenderness and texture of a fillet with the taste of a syrup. An amazing combination. Dice with only salt and pepper and to the desired temperature, I did not enjoy so much a steak in a while. Will a must visit Verbier every time.
An excellent dinner with friends met in the center of Verbiers, nice welcome, we started with a champagne aperitif, the staff took very well around us and our guests, it was perfect
