REVIEW: This Jack in the Box gets a thumbs up from me. I am aware that dining experiences, especially at fast-food establishments, can differ greatly each time you visit. I typically opt for the drive-through here, grabbing a meal after filling up on gas. The process is always smooth and the service is impressively fast. The staff members are notably friendly, which is a bonus in my book. Fortunately, I have not encountered any issues with my food; my only observation is that the seasonal pumpkin shake (available until September 2023) lacks a distinct pumpkin flavor. I would prefer it to have a stronger pumpkin taste. The atmosphere inside is typical and inviting. On the occasions that I have popped in instead of using the drive-through, the restaurant has been tidy and welcoming. If you are looking for a no-frills option for a quick bite while on the go, I would recommend this Jack in the Box.
I have stopped ordering Jack's overcooked burgers and now only go for their chicken teriyaki rice bowls and egg rolls because they are surprisingly delicious.
Unfortunately this is the only fast food place in e. Ventura. The HAMBURGERS ARE ALWAYS COLD. Workers are nice. FOOD
