Located in Venice, this restaurant has garnered a reputation for its exceptional tacos and fresh poke bowls. While some diners have noted inconsistencies in flavor, particularly with the tacos, many others praise their quality and authenticity reminiscent of Mexico. I ordered four tacos (two chicken and two steak) along with chips and salsa. Unfortunately, the tacos did not meet my expectations. Although they looked nice, the flavors were quite dull. The tortillas were soft but too thick, which detracted from the overall taste. The tacos were rather bland. I don’t think I would come back; it felt like I wasted my $15.00.

As a resident of Venice, this restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. I've enjoyed some of the best tacos here that remind me of my time in Mexico. Their motto, "Damn Good," truly lives up to its promise—I wholeheartedly agree!

Taco Venice is my favorite spot for poke in the Venice area. Their menu offers generous portions with a great balance of fish to base. While I haven’t tried their sushi yet, the quality of the poke makes me confident it’s excellent. The prices reflect the boardwalk location, but you definitely get good value with sizable servings. The service is also fantastic—staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
