El Pollo Loco - Venice

I rated this restaurant 4 stars because I really enjoy coming here during my breaks at work, or even just when I'm looking for a place to eat. The staff is always very friendly. However, there is one drawback: the microphones don't work well. I typically place my orders through my mobile, but it's often difficult for them to hear me, and I have trouble hearing them as well. I'm not sure if the microphones need to be replaced or if there's another issue, but I hope management can resolve this soon.

We had a great experience at this fast-food restaurant, which offers reasonably healthy options at an excellent price. The cashier, who happened to be the manager that evening, was incredibly entertaining and helped us maximize our savings using our various coupons. He had us laughing the entire time. As usual, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and there was a nice variety of salsas and condiments available. The establishment was clean, and the food was fresh. I tried the new tamale bowl and loved it—I'll definitely order it again. While it may not be as good as Grandma's tamales, if you don’t have a grandmother who makes them, El Pollo Loco is a great alternative for the price. You won't encounter dried-out tortillas here that are so tough you need a machete to cut through them. We particularly enjoy this Pollo Loco for its atmosphere, even though there is another location nearby. This one also has plenty of parking, which can be hard to find in that area.

I love that its close to my daughters high school when we lived in s.a. tx all the el pollo loco's were 30 minutes away or farther now that there are closer to us we can eat el pollo loco more often this restaurant was clean and the work staff is are nice and friendly i tried they're churos for the first time yesterday they are very delicious all they're food is always delicious

The chicken is tasty and the crispy skin has good texture. You get a lot for your money no matter what you order, it's hard to go wrong with the 10 piece meal for two 10 pieces of chicken, two large sides, tonnes of tortillas and unlimited salsa and sauces, the avocado hot sauce is a must.

I always go to this location after work on Saturdays and Mondays in the eveninv. Food is fast, fresh, and excellent. But what i like the most are the super sweet drive through ladies. They are professional but have great personalities too...they go above and beyond and are just great ladies with smiles on their faces. I went in there in the day and the dine in was the same a cool staff and restaurant was very clean. Give these folks props for consistent great service and food!!
