We had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant, where we were able to dine as a couple at the chef's table. A restaurant where the dishes are as visually beautiful as they are exceptional in the mouth. Each dish offers a new surprise like the blackberry balls, which are filled with foie gras and blackberry coulis. And this discovery continued throughout the meal. The chef's table also allows us to enjoy a fascinating view of the open kitchen, where two cooks work together with their apprentices. The kitchen team is very calm and organized, does not interfere with the progress of the meal and even adds an interesting note to the smooth running of the meal. Seeing a chef who takes the time to exchange a few words with you despite a full restaurant, and remaining calm in the kitchen is really a good surprise. The duo in service is also very pleasant, always accompanied by good advice when presenting the dishes at their service but also with great friendliness. All in a very beautiful room which, despite the crowds, was very quiet, with a pretty decoration. A very good experience for lovers of good food, but also a great gift to give thanks to their gift voucher.
