Sweet lady running the shop, she had a bunch of catering so the front didn't have much but the scones are a must try!
The ribs and collard greens just made this Kansas City girl's stomach happy. Dinner isn't even on the table, and I've already demolished four ribs. I couldn't help it! Holding myself to just a taste test was impossible. The cook is perfect, the sauce is perfect. So tender, such a work of bbq art. And the collard greens are the best I've ever had. And that's saying a lot. This KC bbq snob approves.

I loved them before and they re-open tomorrow, so this is a belated/future review.
Mica couldn't be nicer, and the pastries are amazing! We had the apricot scone she recommended (she wasn't lying they are worth flying over for! and fresh croissants from the oven! Can't wait to go back to this island gem!
