They have Starbucks Coffee whereas the cafeteria has vending machine coffee. They have salads, sandwiches, fruit, snacks and other typical cafe foods. Many types of bottled drinks on sale. Some food is made to order w a couple of choices daily. Handicap friendly. Elevators available. Panoramic views. Free wifi. Smallish w a dozen tables or so but my favorite spot to sit if I'm at the hospital. Very friendly. Very clean.

While I struggle to remember names,... read more LeAnn (forgive me if I misspell your name), Angela, and all the other ladies we encountered genuinely care about their work. While I struggle to remember names, I noticed that LeAnn knew the names of every hospital staff member and even some customers from outside! Her infectious enthusiasm for the food she creates, along with the dishes the team prepares, makes you want to order everything. They use Boar's Head cold cuts, and her salads are not only beautiful but also delicious. They are extremely accommodating if you wish to add or omit items on your panini (and trust me, the portions are generous here!). While the prices are slightly higher than the cafeteria, they are certainly justified. We would typically avoid eating in a hospital cafeteria, as they're not our preference, but we are grateful they exist for those who need them. This café could easily stand alone in Portsmouth and would thrive with this stellar staff! It would definitely be a top choice compared to others in the area. Unfortunately, here in Concord, we lack options that match the quality of service and food provided by this amazing staff. My only hesitation in writing this review is that too many people might discover it! They already have plenty of business considering the size of the campus. Their prices reflect what you would expect downtown! Thank you once again, LeAnn (is that the right spelling?) and your wonderful team! We appreciate how you recognized us when we returned and welcomed us as if we were at home. We visited during a challenging time, and your cheerful smiles and genuine care for people offered us a welcome distraction. That’s why we came back just to see all of you and enjoy lunch on a Friday! Wishing you all many blessings!
