What User likes about Kessel and March:
This place is very casual (order at the counter) and affordable (lunch for around $10) and the food is great. Had the best quiche I've ever had with a sampling of 3 different salads. The folks that work here are lovely and helpful (if you need any advice). The pastries are also delicious - lemon tarts, apple tarts, cookies and macaroons. Had the rillettes (insufficient saltiness) and the buratta (insufficient amount) and 2 very small glasses of wine for $50. Menu didn't entice us to stay for full dinner. Waiter wouldn't let us taste a wine (offered by the glass) as he said he'd have to open a new bottle and then would have to serve it within 2 days....really?
