Yum Sweet Shop - Vancouver

I tried both the ice cream and the candies at this restaurant. The candies are priced based on the size of the box, as long as the box closes flat. I couldn't find this pricing information online anywhere. I would say that the candies are on the more expensive end compared to other candies. While they are very tasty, I am not sure if they are worth the price. The ice cream is decent and falls in the middle range. The flavor I tried was extremely sweet, but that was to be expected with the cookie dough extreme flavor. It was packed full of cookie dough and the flavor was very good. Overall, the ice cream delivered and had a solid taste.

I ordered 5 ice creams, 2 for the kids in the car, and was treated very rudely as if I was lying about having kids just to save money. With a small serving costing $7, I expected much better service considering I was spending $40. I doubt this restaurant will last long with this kind of attitude.

In summary, Yum Sweet Shop is a decent choice for satisfying your ice cream and candy cravings. The cappuccino flake ice cream was a standout for me, with its delicious coffee flavor and chocolate chips. The complimentary waffle cone was a nice gesture as well. However, the limited selection of ice cream flavors and their similarity to other places prevent me from giving it more than 3 stars. While the shop's inviting decor adds to its appeal, it falls short in terms of variety.

Very good Ice cream, ice cream sandwiches are amazing, Milkshakes are also very good, and you will find candy from your past! It is a bit expensive but worth it on occasion! The staff is also very good!

Can delight your day easliy! Very nice staff, conveniently large store. I'd list it as one of the Vancouver's attractions.
