What Jaya D doesn't like about Gold Train Express:
We stood at the door waiting to be addressed for 10mins straight. The server there didn’t even make an attempt to greet us let alone seat us or at the very least inform us of how long it will take. Super rude server there were tons of seats open and she was just blatantly rude. View all feedback. What James wilson likes about Gold Train Express:
I really like this place and am surprised at all the bad reviews.... The food is awesome and in my opinion they have the best beef subs. Yes the service is poor. Come on guys this isn't a fancy French food destination. This is a quick stop 24 h viet place. And it gets busy and the one or two servers get overwhelmed. I noticed one reviewer said he was yelled at. Asian ppl are loud and I doubt the yell was personal. Ge... View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant received mixed reviews, with some customers unhappy about the rude server, tasteless food, and lack of cleanliness. However, others praised the authentic flavors, especially highlighting the durian shakes and specific menu items like the #4 and #84. Despite inconsistencies in service and cleanliness, fans of the restaurant appreciate the late-night option for satisfying Vietnamese dishes like pho and spring rolls. The restaurant may not be for everyone, but for those seeking authentic flavors reminiscent of Vietnam, this spot remains a go-to choice.
