Donair Dude - Vancouver

The food at this restaurant is extremely tasty and the service is efficient.

The restaurant has stopped serving hot sauce, which is a major disappointment for a donair shop. The service is average as well. It is unthinkable for a donair shop to stop serving hot sauce. What will they do next, stop serving chicken donairs? This may be the beginning of the end for this establishment. I will not be returning for their bland donairs without hot sauce. I suggest looking for another place to eat.

It wasn't even a donair and it tastes cheap. Wasn't even worth the buy one get one free deal.

I am a delivery driver. An Indian man with mustache wearing a black T-shirt. He does some weird behavior every time he handed me the food. After a period of time, I think these are discriminatory behaviors and this is not funny !! Delivery drivers are also a job. Please respect yourself Respect others!!Not recommended that other drivers provide them for delivery services!!From now on, I will never patronize this store again or recommend anyone I know to patronize this branch !!Reply on 21 Jan:This branch!! You're right between Sahel and Midam Cafe on West Broadway!! Check your previous work records, and you'll know who it is! The issues have persisted for the past month, two months, and even six months.No need for more excuses; most staff wear red shirts, both male and female! Ask the neighbors or delivery drivers, and they'll confirm your exaggerations! The only person in a black shirt is an Indian man who sometimes has lunch and dinner shifts.So, are you the man in question? Is that why you're pretending here!?

Ordered delivery through their website. Got the confirmation email with eta, and my card was charged. The meal never arrived.Was unable to get through on their phoneline, repeatedly getting voicmail. Have emailed 3 times in total, and no response.6pm now and still waiting on last night's dinner.
