What User likes about Chongqing:
Seems very hole in the wall when you find it amidst the other little restaurants and there is hardly any seating in there but if there is some, take it, you won't be disappointed. I love places that offer half size orders, full size would have been an obscene amount, even for a teen boy. Had a half size appetizer and two half orders of meals that were excellent and quick to come out. Pleasantly spicy, good amount for... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Chongqing:
We visited here with a party of 8. The service was wonderful. Some of the dishes were good (duck lettuce wraps, corn soup, lemon chicken, dumplings and appetizer with peanut sauce) others not so good(prawns with cashews, noodle bowl, green beans). Would I go there again? Probably, but I would try some other places first. View all feedback.

read moreChongqing impresses with mouth-watering dishes like duck lettuce wraps, lemon chicken, and ginger beef. While some found the service wonderful and food quality top-notch, others were disappointed by bland options and food poisoning. The menu boasts unique flavors and large portions, making it a hit for foodies in Vancouver. Despite the lackluster decor, the restaurant is a hidden gem offering delicious ma po tofu and crispy ginger beef. Overall, Chongqing delivers a mix of authentic Chinese cuisine and average options, ensuring a satisfying dining experience in the bustling downtown area.
