When I received my order, it wasn't what I expected. However, when I called to address the issue, they were incredibly helpful and acknowledged the mistake. I went back to the restaurant, and the night team was very friendly—they prepared my order fresh, hot, and corrected to my specifications. To my surprise, they didn't just fix my original order of eight wings, but they actually gave me a larger portion, which really brightened my night. After a tough week, their kindness and quality service truly made a difference. Great job to the team!

I really hope this is not the new norm, but I cannot say I am eager to go back.

Meanwhile, I watched as customers who placed their orders at the counter received theirs within 15 minutes—well before I got mine. I won't be returning to this place. I'm very busy and could have easily gone to Fred Meyer across the street, bought some wings, and made them myself in the time I spent waiting for my $45 order. Their wings are mediocre and nothing I couldn't make in my air fryer. This was a waste of money and, more importantly, a waste of my valuable time. I chose this restaurant expecting a quick and convenient pickup on my way home, and I was sorely mistaken. Thanks for wasting my time with my children and my money on overpriced, low-quality wings. It's a disgrace! For anyone considering this place, do yourself a favor and buy a bag of wings and some frozen fries at the grocery store—it will save you time and taste just as good. Their fries are terrible, and the wings aren't even crispy.
