I ordered the 2 Footlongs for $10 deal. Unfortunately, the deal which was an online coupon, only allowed placing your order online and paying in advance. So, by the time I actually made it to the location the sandwiches were cold (I ordered twomeatball subs) and the bread was soggy. Although, I can only blame MYSELF for that. I only mention it so that in case youreceive the online coupon, you'll know to wait until right before you get to the store to place your order... And even then,there's nothing like being able to SEE your sandwich being made so that you can be sure to get exactly what you want on yoursandwich(es). As for this location, I do appreciate the fact that they are open later than most.
I had a disappointing experience at Subway due to poor service and an extremely rude employee. I asked for the restroom, and she bluntly informed me that it wasn't available. If they're accommodating customers, it seems unreasonable not to have a restroom accessible. If they can't offer this basic amenity, they might as well close the restaurant because their service certainly doesn't meet expectations. The menu may be appealing, but such service undermines the entire experience.
They make you repeat your order multiple times because they don’t listen carefully. Then, they charge full price despite giving you the smallest portion possible.
The customer service was terrible. I politely asked if she could check whether the avocado was ripe, and she responded by rolling her eyes. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessional behavior here. I will not be returning.
