Here you find authentic foods. I believe if they keep this business going on, they will be the one. Everything is great. I think I tried most of their foods during my visits. Besides their unique foods, another feature of that it is managed by women. The place is very simple, minimalist, in the corner of an intersection. Because most of their orders are take out, the parking is not an issue. The parking is limited, but you always find a spot there. There are two foods I always want to try. One is their special kibbeh extraordinary for me. The second is the stuffed intestine which brings all of your senses to enjoy the moment. I recommend you go there, eat, take some home, and compare their food with other places. At least those two I mentioned cannot be found somewhere else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Kobee Factory is a Syrian kebab place hidden strip mall and their skewers are excellent. I had the kobee—fried lamb meatballs with spices—and a side of fateh, savory pita crumbs with chickpeas and hummus. The flavors feel authentic, bold, and satisfying. The setting is simple, unassuming—you’d miss it if you didn’t look closely. Definitely a lunchtime find. Had a taste for Middle Eastern food so a friend recommended this neighborhood spot. Said food was incredible. And man, was he right!!! Mm, mm, mm! I ordered it to go with the intention of eating some there and taking the rest. Well, that food never left the store. Or was sooo good I didn’t want to stop! I must confess, I’m partial to “Mom Pop” establishments. And this is that. Seriously, after the first bite, I couldn’t stop. I got the chicken shwarma wrap with hummus salad. Even the wrap itself was toasted to perfection! You must check this place out. Nice folk giving that warm feeling of home. This definitely goes on my list!!!
