Our favourite restaurant in the village. We have visited Cervino since 2010. Ymeletrob, has become our go to restaurant. The steaks are cooked in the restaurant on the Josper over charcoal by Stefano. This is pure theatre in its self. The guy works his socks off. The meat is of very high quality and always done to perfection. This year we also tried the fish etc, The wild sea bass was amazing. Lobster, incredible. You really are spoilt for choice. The Clam pasta is delicious. A particular favourite of mine is the Spaghetti with fresh white truffle, which is shaved over your dish at the table. Ymeletrob, has also a great wine list. We are always happy to take the recommendation of the waiter Angelo.
Do not recommend. Terrible meal and service. I got my bill and I was overcharged so check your bill before you pay. Definitely I will not be going back. Terrible experience.
Amazing food, highly recommend. Had both the lamb and the ribeye steak. Both were second to none! Service is great, lovely atmosphere and for a mountain restaurant reasonably priced given the quality of the food.
The ambiance is lovely, but the service leaves much to be desired, if you can even call it service. I went with my sister, and we ordered a cheese board to share. We had to ask for plates ourselves because they just left it in the middle of the table with nothing else. When we asked for plates, they only gave us one, the other one basically had to eat it in the air. They didn't explain anything about the cheeses, or even if everything was okay, nothing. Then we ordered beef with potatoes, which had absolutely no flavor. Everything was unseasoned, I could literally make it better at home. There was no music, we could only hear the employees talking amongst themselves. The service charge was 3 euros, and they didn't even bring us bread. In short, I don't recommend it at all, it's a waste of money
