The steaks are cooked in the restaurant on the Josper over charcoal by Stefano. This is pure theatre in its self. The guy works his socks off. The meat is of very high quality and always done to perfection. This year we also tried the fish etc, The wild sea bass was amazing. Lobster, incredible. You really are spoilt for choice. The Clam pasta is delicious. A particular favourite of mine is the Spaghetti with fresh white truffle, which is shaved over your dish at the table. Ymeletrob, has also a great wine list. We are always happy to take the recommendation of the waiter Angelo.

It is a little more expensive than the other places we visited.
