This is the restaurant at the Principe delle Nevi and we eat there every night on holiday. there really is no point going out! the bar is buzzy, the fires are warm and inviting, and the service is really friendly. Food always delicious and a...great selection of wines...we always go for the local good value reds and they are superb. Ask my kids though and they will always rave about the puddings! Cracking cheese boar... View all feedback.

this is a beautiful building and the service was charming and friendly. but eating was very expensive for tiny portions. a beginning of the sole was a tiny filet of not very fresh fish a main course of huh had 2 small pieces. about one inch in diameter for 35€. if that had been spectacular, it might have been worth it, but it was best on average. the risotto was good and a small but more reasonable part. unfortunatel... The baked kalbs was perhaps one of the best dishes we ever had. the ravioli with liquid cheese was fantastic. we will come back!
This hotel is not cheap, but almost all rooms have no good mountain views (e.g. the plateau pink chalet cannot see mt pink; the matthorn chalet cannot see matterhorn.) re meals, lack of variety in the food, in fact there is only one restaurant although it is divided into sections and named different ie main restaurant; snowflakes; blah blah blah. customer service is available primarily under standard; one-sided imposed additional fees w/o their consent / know; people there are extremely rude and lazy; sometimes they can say there is NO service at all, e.g. no one came to cervinia to get them despite repeated hunters until they call the police.

Very good food served at this restaurant. One of the best lasagne i've ever tasted and excellent meat. We had a sunny day which added to the amazing views as we ate outside surrounded by mountains. Will definitely return should we be in Cervinia again.
