I come here almost every morning and have a coffee, Chai tea latte, or latte. The staff is friendly and they do their best to make your drinks properly and promptly. There have been a few times when my drink wasn’t made perfectly, but I asked the staff to make it right, and they have. I am a regular customer and I like Dunkin very much. Diamond has helped me multiple times and she makes my drinks right. I appreciate her. Kayla is very nice too. I appreciate her knowledge and help. Most people there are good and want to help. Please do tell them if you do experience a problem, they are good to help and give them the chance to make it right. I have talked to Dunkin customer service through email a couple of times and they have been good to resolve my issues. I use the Dunkin app as well to save and earn points. It’s a decent app. Be sure to use your rewards before they expire because they go away.Also, a girl at Dunkin helped me learn how to navigate my Apple Pay on my phone. I didn’t use it much before having her help and I appreciate that she gave me information to help with my Apple Pay.My favorites include the chai tea latte, apple spice donut, French cruller donut, double chocolate donut, and the jelly filled munchkins. I do like their avocado toast on occasion. My friend likes their old fashioned donut.It is a treat for me to go to Dunkin.
