We made a reservation for 2 people online through The Fork (with a 40% discount) two days in advance. When we arrived, the restaurant told us that they were no longer on the fork, so that our reservation is not valid. They did not even try to apologise or offer a compromise, but just blamed The Fork for the situation. View all feedback.
