I had to wait a few minutes until someone helps, but it looks like the chicken and the subway of the church use the same staff. No biggie. My sandwich was perfect, the cookies were soft, and the one who repaired my food was polite. View all feedback.
What Sheep Dog doesn't like about Subway:
Food was good and reasonably priced for Subway, staff of three appear to be mostly new, all were relying on a fourth member for guidance. Yet all were friendly and attempting to do there best to keep up with lunch crowd. This was a shared restaurant with Church's chicken and a convienance store. View all feedback.
The staff were friendly the area was clean and the food was really fresh. Glad I choose Subway while on the road traveling through back into Oklahoma. My daughter I were both pleased.
Good, but too much sauce in my sandwich which fell apart
She kept saying she was in a rush because there would be "hundreds of people" waiting, but I pointed out it was only 10 AM and the place was nearly empty. She rolled her eyes at me, made my sandwich sloppily, and then slammed it down on the counter. Usually, I don't have any problems at this location, but it felt like the employee was either having a rough day or didn’t really know what she was doing. Customer service definitely wasn’t her strong suit.
In the past, I've had decent experiences at this restaurant, but recently it has been quite disappointing. The staff seems to be unfriendly and unmotivated, and it's not uncommon to have trouble finding someone to help. The quality of the ingredients has also declined and doesn't taste fresh. During my last visit (which will definitely be my last), the girl serving me barely put any tuna or vegetables in my dish, leaving me with what felt like an overpriced bun. I think I'm officially done with this place. It really needs better management.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway. One day, they messed up all of my family's sandwiches and denied it, even though I was on the phone while placing the orders and could hear everything. Today, I went in two hours before closing, after a 15-minute drive, hoping to grab a bite since I had no food at home. Unfortunately, I was told they were closing early and they couldn't make me a sandwich, despite all the ingredients being readily available. When I requested to speak to a manager, they refused to assist me and said I could talk to a manager in the morning. However, I visit this location every morning before work, and there never seems to be a Subway manager around. If you're curious about the low traffic reported around 7 PM, it's likely because they often close two hours earlier than scheduled.
