Went to Firelight Vineyards about 6 months ago to buy a bottle of wine, staff was helpful and wine was decent. Went there today since I was in Valley View to buy a couple of bottles. The lady at the front was friendly and took us to the bar to order thebottles and we were given a menu. The bar was not busy at all. No employee acknowledged my presence or even looked at me after Iwas given the menu and I stood at the bar register waiting to buy a bottle. It was very awkward feeling. After just standingaround for awhile at tge register we decided to just leave and ended up picking up a bottle of rum and Bourbon at the localdistellery on the square who were very helpful and quick even though they were pretty busy. Will not go back FirelightVineyards.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Good service. The wine and food were very good. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon.

Pleasantly surprised by the wine. Very drinkable. The building is historic, I think, but I didn't ask. The ambience is very nice. Staff is friendly. The tasting room is in Valley Views's towns square (I think). You can buy a glass with your tasting, but I didn't do that.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wine. They were really pretty good and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and well versed on the wines. The atmosphere was really beautiful in a quaint little Texas town square.
