They raised their prices, which is understan... read more I've visited this restaurant twice in the past without any issues, but today was a completely different experience. They raised their prices, which is understandable given the current economic climate, but the service was abysmal. They automatically add an 18% gratuity to the bill, which seems to lower the incentive for good service. Our waiter never offered us refills and didn’t clear our table at all. We had to chase him down just to place our order. The customer service was extremely rude, and the food was average at best. It's frustrating to feel like you're wasting your money in a place that doesn't appreciate its customers. I won't be returning.

The restaur... read more So my experience was okay, but what I witnessed was very uncomfortable. There is a waitress with a short black bob who is clearly lacking etiquette. The restaurant closes at 1030 but a few minutes after 10pm this waitress told a large group that was already well into their meal that next time they should come a little earlier. She was rushing everyone out of the restaurant. It was so bad that, the owner had to speak to customers to apologize. In addition, she reaches over customers to grab their plates while they are still eating. You can tell she lacks a lot of awareness but I do think the owner should have intervened sooner so that the unpleasant experience didn?t last as long as it did. If she is your server, you?ll immediately know who she is.

They raised there prices which is fine because that?s life right now but service was TERRIBLE, they include gratuity themselves (18%!!!!!! so there?s no real need to work for agood tip. Waiter never asked if we we needed a refill , never cleared the table. We did all you can eat and eat each time wewent to order something we had to track the waiter down. Very rude customer service and mediocre food. They really need tohumble themselves, people come and give there business money at least have common decency. Do better , thank you!
