Three customers came in with quick orders and were attended to immediately. When I finally received assistance, I asked the associate if it was store policy to leave customers waiting while prioritizing those with rapid orders. She responded with a noticeable attitude. If you’re okay with long waits and rude service, then this is the place to visit.

Meanwhile, the so-called manager was busy counting coffee cups, seemingly oblivious to the long line of frustrated customers. The customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. I have no intention of returning to this place!
