KFC - Valley
KFC
Description
A neighborhood KFC delivers the familiar, crispy chicken and hot sides that evoke childhood nostalgia, with popular nuggets, pot pie and value buckets praised for flavor and freshness. Reviews note quick, friendly service at times but highlight inconsistent experiences: long drive‑thru waits, locked doors blocking counter pickup, and poorly packaged or hard biscuits raising quality and food‑safety concerns. Expect classic fast‑food comfort and value, but be prepared for variability in availability and service.

My wife and I have tried many KFC locations, from Michigan to Arizona, but this particular KFC has made us reconsider our list. We ordered the 16-piece meal, which lasted us three days. The chicken was just as I remembered from my childhood—crispy and not drenched in oil. I only wish they could share their techniques with the KFCs in the northern and western regions, as their quality has declined, especially with their biscuits. Thank you for a great experience, and God bless! Amazing job!
Felt like I wasn't welcome there. Had to pull up and wait on an eight piece bucket of chicken, three cars got their food before mine came out. Our biscuits were so hard you could have thrown them through a window.
Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuit. Wasn't given anything to eat with. The biscuit was just threw in the bag with no wrapping. Who is to say they didn't touch the food with their hands. Poor customer service. Would not recommend the place to anyone!
