Staff is super friendly and the salted caramel foam cold brew is ahhhhmazing!! They were nearly out of donuts, and I don't think they make them fresh like they once did. This Dunkin is the BEST of Newnan, Lagrange, Opelika/Auburn and all Columbus locations. I am the hands down the biggest Dunkin Junkie and I would rather wait for a GREAT drink, then in and out with a bad drink. They are usually quite fast. The crew currently working(especially early morning staff) are absolutely amazing. Always friendly, no matter when. Thx y’all always make my matchas perfect.
The young man behind the counter was very friendly and polite. He even gave us additional donuts. Our drinks were good.
I get the best service and coffee drinks are perfect. Personally, I never had a bad experience in this place.
Everything was perfect, the girl who visited me was very friendly.
Drive through was so busy but it was much fast service in store so I walk in and take out my order. Clean and friendly service.
