I'm only giving one star because I can't submit a review without a rating. The experience was terrible—staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered takeout, but the service was disappointing overall. The meal cost about $20–30 per person.
We arrived at 18:00, they were not allowed inside, only ordering through the window for drivers. Service: 1
Dunkin In The Valley Is Absolutely Disgusting!!! The workers attitudes are absolutely terrible and they need better training considering every single time I come get a coffee it’s always wrong. Staff is super friendly and the salted caramel foam cold brew is ahhhhmazing!! They were nearly out of donuts, and I don't think they make them fresh like they once did. But the drink was truly amazing, and my daughter loves the watermelon-raspberry refresher. Parking: Plenty of parking usually. Kid-friendliness: Kids always love donuts. Wheelchair accessibility: Seems easily accessible by wheelchair. Service: Take out
Second in drive-thru line to order a donut. I sat in line for 5 minutes before I could order and no I've been sitting in line for 15 more minutes and I haven't even used the window. The doors are locked so I can't go in and order over the counter. Waiting in line for 20 minutes at a drive-thru it's ridiculous to say the least. I believe this restaurant will be shut down within a month or two. You're betting 100 percent wrong order. I ordered two lemon-filled glazed donuts and I got one jelly filled donut and one white cream filled donut. I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes to get two more wrong donuts. I don't think this place is going to last another 30 days. Frustrated and aggravated because I change scraped up all the change I had to get my favorite donut just to leave the line to find out I had two completely different Donuts
