We have enjoyed everything we... read more We have been customers for several years, both in-store and via delivery service. The restaurant is bright, clean, and attractive. We have enjoyed everything we have eaten so far. The delivered food was always hot. Delivery is usually much faster than advertised. The falafel is unbeatably delicious. The prices have increased several times in recent years, but that wasn't a problem, as everything has become more expensive. We (still) find the menu, which has been changed for some time (about three years), a shame – higher-quality, pure chicken breast fillet (plain) has been completely removed from all dishes and replaced with cheaper and lower-quality rotisserie chicken. The price of these dishes has not been adjusted downwards subsequently, however. Furthermore, Grilltime is no longer any different from other kebab and pizza restaurants. We found the old menu better and not so run-of-the-mill! Sometimes it can be a bit inflexible, for example, if you can't substitute tomato sauce for tomato cream sauce, or if you only want falafel. They definitely need to improve their telephone service. It would be nice if you could at least understand who was on the other end of the line and not have to keep wondering whether you had dialed the wrong number.

The pizza tastes just like an Italian restaurant, the pasta is always good, and the doner kebab is delicious and generously filled. I especially like the homemade bread. The delivery is very fast and reliable. Everything is clean and hygienic, the seating is comfortable and plentiful. The staff is polite and friendly; you can tell they're a great team. I've read some older negative reviews, but they were years ago. I can't confirm that at all – the quality is currently really very good.

The pasta wasn't tasty either. I ate there several years ago, and it was still very tasty. I wouldn't recommend it anymore.
