I especially appreciate when they provide an extra smoothie in a separate cup, which often happens when I add whey protein to a large order. They also follow effective COVID-19 safety measures, such as asking customers to wait outside when the store is busy.

Once we finally received them, they were excellent; however, the wait was quite lengthy—taking at l... read more I visited the store this afternoon to grab two large drinks. Once we finally received them, they were excellent; however, the wait was quite lengthy—taking at least 20 minutes on a scorching hot day. After mentioning that we were still waiting, it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. In fact, my husband even had time to go to Costco for gas and return while I was still waiting! There seemed to be just one young woman making all the drinks for both online and walk-in orders, while five other employees were... well, not doing much. The guy at the register was nice, and I tipped him, but it didn't feel like anyone was managing the situation. We received a couple of apologies, but we didn’t get any offer for a complimentary drink for our next visit.
